Digital Products — Returns & Refunds

Because Firefly Parade products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final once an order has been completed. Digital products cannot be physically returned, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or accidental purchases.

If you experience a problem with your order—such as receiving the wrong file, a damaged or unusable file, or difficulty accessing your download—please contact us. We’re happy to help resolve the issue.

If a refund is required by applicable law, we will of course honor those requirements.
